Robot City West adamantly protects customer and student information. We use registration information for the sole purpose of operating our in-school programs. We do not sell or make such information available in any way to any other organizations.
What do we use your information for? During the registration process, you may be asked to provide your name, phone number, address, student name and teacher, school name, email address and payment information. This information will be used to register your student in a program, pay for the program, to communicate important program details and to send information about upcoming programs.
How do we protect your information? We protect your information both virtually and physically. We select only quality software and program providers that adhere to strict privacy policies to protect data online. Should a customer fill out physical paperwork, this information is kept in a locked cabinet inside a secure facility.
Unsubscribe: At any time you may ask to be removed from our database by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and you will promptly be removed.
Payment for workshop programs is made upfront to secure a student’s place in the class. If you need a refund before the workshop begins, please contact us for a refund. Refunds for payments made online will be subject to a 3.2 percent fee. Refunds will also be considered up through the end of the first class.
